Rebuild and Recondition Your Equipment
Here we have one of the machines we reconditioned or restored. We started by rebuilding new fenders then continued to sand and do some minor body work. Once we were done with that, we then primed the entire machine and proceeded to paint the entire CAT D250D end dump using oem CAT paint!

Custom Two Way Tandem Tailgate
Here we have a Custom Two Way tailgate on a tandem dump truck completely designed and fabricated from scratch by us! The tailgate opens normally and opens to the side like a barn door. the unlatching mechanism makes this look factory!
The complexity of this job didn't stop us from doing our best, delivering a quality custom two way tailgate that was built to last and perform everyday!
Hyundai HL730 Wheel Loader Repair/Repaint
Heres a Hyundai 730 wheel loader that came in rough and needed new fenders made and a new paint job! We got right on it, ripped off the old rusted fenders, designed, cut, and remade new one to better then factory looks! We removed the stickers, sanded the entire machine, then got to laying the paint! After putting some new decals on the machine, it rolled out of our shop looking like it just came off the factory floor!
Chipmaster Boom Repair
This boom came to our shop needing some major repair! The pin holding the stick to the boom completely ripped off! We got to work designing, cutting, fabricating, welding, and making it like new again! This repair involved Lathe work, CNC Plasma Cutting custom parts, then designing a stiffener plate so it doesn't happen again!
New Holland LW50 Mini Loader Restore
Another one of our great restore projects that came in looking old and beat up and leaving better then new! We went over the engine, replaced hydraulic hoses, sanded, painted, put new decals on, and gave it a totally new life!
2020 GMC Denali Headache Rack
This is one of the craziest headache racks we have created! Logos, Lights, 8 Fishing pole holders, built heavy duty, finished in raptor liner.
Komatsu Stump Sheer Rebuild
Customer brought this to our shop to have it rebuilt as the main tooth broke off. This was a very challenging project as this involved a lot of reverse engineering to get everything right! Well like we always do, we did it, made it better, and saved the customer tens of thousands in buying a new one!
